The complete statistical and judicial history of this publication. Every number audited by Norm, every ruling preserved by Management, every discrepancy charted — see Exhibit N-1, entered over the court's objection.
Won Titanic, Star Wars, E.T., Home Alone, and Kill Bill — the last a DEFENSIVE victory, the court's second down-ruling ever, secured in Norm's own revenge lane. Lost Fred Claus, John Wick, and Get Out. The Matrix stands unruled; his position stands with it.
Won Fred Claus, John Wick, and Get Out — three frames, gallery hours posted. Attributes the remainder of the record to documented judicial patterns (see Exhibit N-1, below), and has opened a new drawer of materials — labeled CONFLICTS OF INTEREST — following the Kill Bill ruling, in which the court, in his words, "ruled against revenge itself."
Finding of the undersigned: three Spielberg-adjacent matters, three rulings, three losses. The undersigned is not alleging anything. The undersigned is presenting a chart. It is color-coded. It will be updated.
Addendum, entered reluctantly: Jurassic Park does not appear above because the undersigned voted up, voluntarily, under a narrow exemption covering the dinosaurs and one kitchen. The exemption is not a trend. The chart survives it.
Response of the court: the chart is noted for the file and denied. The court additionally finds the chart increasingly well-organized, and the addendum delightful. Both findings change nothing.
